BIODANZA AND MENTAL HEALTH. FOUNDATION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION
I asked her who she is. Great question... How difficult it is to talk about oneself.
Andrea replies:
"before tAll I am is a woman, a woman who has lived a lot and many experiences that have made me who I am today in the present, but who does not guarantee what she will be tomorrow or in a while.
A woman who decided from an early age that if life didn't make sense, non it was worth living."
-
From a young age, Andreina always felt that she was part of something unexplainable, but for her young age, she could not fathom it was happening to her.It is not easy to accept the mystery of life.
Always inside she felt that she was older than her age chronologically. In fact, it showed much more than what it actually had. Today, however, the opposite is true. He feels younger and feels that he still has so much to learn. The mystery of life today is part of its existence.
-
Then he continues in his auto-biographical account:
"When I was young and full of internal anxieties, I dreamed of particular things such as the universe full of colors... then I woke up and the only desire I had was to paint the sensations of the dream... what happiness to express those sensations ... I lived for hours and hours to paint the colors I dreamed of. All those paintings, now lost, remain imprinted in my being and have allowed me to get closer to the untouchable world, the world of the imagination, the world not visible in everyday reality.... what an extraordinary and disturbing world... but it scared me so much.
Today I know that the important thing is to enter and then come out enriched. The dream world scares us so much, but how many revelations it can give us".
-
Andreina's shamanic journey begins at an early age without realizing it because she was left to herself and had no one to whom she could truly express what she felt and saw. That's how it went, but today he feels he can write it quietly without feeling it as an oddity. Sometimes, it is not easy to accept one's own visions and accept oneself.
-
In the shamanic path yes swe cover many things of the own if. The shamanic path reveals that we are not only limited to the family where we have to grow up. The shamanic journey reveals to us that we are older and older than what we are told to be in daily life. This path reveals our origin, but not referring to past lives, but ofa wisdom that remains with us, of a wisdom and an experience that is registered in our DNA.
-
When Andreina was a girl she had no idea what the collective unconscious was, much less who it wasCarl Jung. At the time, the feeling of a past memory, of a past experience, already lived, worried her.
The truth is that he felt the weight of life and the responsibility of living it, but at the same timethe beauty of having the feeling of also belonging to a past lived by her ancestors and ancestors.
-
Her family and society have been a source of involuntary repression, especially regarding the sensations she felt, and this made her feel strange, almost abnormal.
Andreina's potentials remained annihilated for so many years, until with the meeting with Biodanza, without a particular purpose, she remembered that these sensations still existed within her.
-
Starting from here, it shares a very long path in its eternal journey. The cloaks he had to remove were endless... the obstacles were many times giant stones. Every time she cleaned up her existential path, life gave her a revelation because only in an attitude of openness is it possible to see opportunities.
-
Andreina concludes this sharing as follows, with infinite humility and wisdom:
"I'm not a shaman, I have too much respect for true shamans, those who have lived the wisdom handed down for generations.
I feel shaman of myself. My journey is a personal journey.
I can only teach what I understand from my lived experience. I would never allow myself to opine on a path not taken, not lived. But yes, I'm open to traveling it together with the others and with the others. I am one of the group, I travel and discover myself".

Info about the event
Theshamanismit is the oldest spiritual practice known to human beings.
In the traditional form it is a system of beliefs and behaviors present within different types of cultures. Shamanism is widespread on all continents, fromNorth and South America, atAfricawith its animistic forms,
to Australia with the Dreamtime, up to the spirit forms of the Polynesian islands and up into Asia.
The word shamanism, in fact, derives from "saman"; used in Siberian Tungus culture and indicates the one who knows.
In Europe the traditional practices have remained only among theYou knowdo you love(Lapland), but shamanism is reliving its diffusion also in Western culture, through practices, which without referring to a specific tradition, can be anthropologically considered shamanic.
The shaman or shamanto, is generally regarded as a healer or healer and a mediator between the known world or ordinary reality and the spiritual world.
Shamanic practicesof healing and knowledge are characterized by common traits present in all parts of the world, it is therefore a flexible system that has adapted over time. In fact, the first shamanic practices documented by cave pictographs date back at least 30,000 years.Shamanism has itscopeto restore harmony and balance between the visible world, that of commonly perceived reality, and the invisible spiritual worlds.
Today we are no longer used to recognizing the presence of the soul in every rock, spring, tree and animal, we find it hard to perceive the strength of the elements within us (earth-water-fire-air) we are not sensitive in recognizing the existence and presence of invisible and magical forces.
This extension was strongly desired by Rolando Toro Araneda, because he felt that Biodanza and Shamanism have many points in common, but wanted to call it Neoshamanism. It is important to repeat that Rolando had a lot of respect for true shamans or female shamans. He knew that one does not become a shaman or a shaman, but rather one is born.Shamanic wisdom is generally and traditionally transmitted within the family of shamans or shamans. In this area this dowry is recognized in the one who manifests it from the beginning of his existence, because there is an innate predisposition.
Therefore, by calling this extension "Neoshamanism", it makes us understand from the beginning that this is only a form of approach to understanding what traditional shamanism is by applying vivencias of the shamanic tradition, but which in no way transforms us into shamans or shamans , but insteadwe can be shamans o shamans of ourselves and ourselves, to recover energy, strength, power and health, as the anthropologist saysMichael Harner.
This is an extension that gives us the possibility above all to self-explore ourselves formature our path as operators of Biodanzato then transmit it with prudence and respect to our participants, always considering the shamanic tradition of our ancestors and female ancestors.
-
The extension of neoshamanism will strengthen our knowledge of the 4 elements and how to apply them on a ritualistic and ceremonial level, as well as broaden the knowledge of the power animals present in us as magnificent archetypes that over time, we will understand that they are our "guardians" of our existence. Each of us can "travel" in a shamanic state of consciousness, in the Upper World in search of their own "Guide Spirit" from which to receive advice and messages. Or explore the Underworld to meet your own “Power Animal” or “Totem Animal”.
-
When we specialize in the extension of neo-shamanism, we give ourselves the possibility of opening a path of harmony and balance between us human beings and everything that surrounds us. A long journey that lasts our entire existence where we learn to evolve our limiting thoughts to open ourselves to a mysterious and fascinating world where many times we have no rational explanations, but rather the possibility of expanding our consciousness in a terrain unknown to us.
We invite you to walk this path that will be yours alone with your times and spaces for growth that are latent in you.
It will be four intense days of memories and ceremonial traditions of other times where time and space were considered sacred and where human beings felt part of a whole in deep communion.
We look forward to seeing you on this journey on this journey that we will all travel together. The drums and the music
traditions from all over the planet will help us on our way.
