Today we are no longer used to recognizing the presence of the soul in every rock, spring, tree and animal, we find it hard to perceive the strength of the elements within us (earth-water-fire-air) we are not sensitive in recognizing the existence and presence of invisible and magical forces.

PRESENTATION OF THE BIODANZA AND NEOSHAMANISM EXTENSION
Theshamanismit is the oldest spiritual practice known to human beings.
In the traditional form it is a system of beliefs and behaviors present within different types of cultures. Shamanism is widespread on all continents, fromNorth and South America, atAfricawith its animistic forms,
atAustraliawith the Dreamtime, up to the spiritual forms ofPolynesian islandsand up inAsia.
The word shamanism, in fact, derives from "saman"; used in Siberian Tungus culture and indicates the one who knows.
In Europe, traditional practices have remained only among the Saami (Lapland), but shamanism is reviving its diffusion also in Western culture, through practices which, without referring to a specific tradition, can be anthropologically considered shamanic.
